  • Payment or transaction information when you purchase or schedule a paid service. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored directly by us.

  • Any other information you voluntarily provide.

Because of the nature of immigration, recruiting, employment, and global mobility services, information you provide may sometimes include information that is considered sensitive under applicable law, such as nationality, citizenship or immigration status, identification information, employment information, family information, financial information, or other information relevant to a particular matter.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information through a general website contact form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools to collect this information.

2. How We Use Personal Information

  • protect the rights, safety, and property of 3A Immigration Services, our clients, users, and others.

We may also use information for other purposes disclosed to you when the information is collected or with your consent.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary for our business operations or to provide services you have requested.

This may include disclosure to employees, contractors, attorneys, consultants, technology providers, website and hosting providers, customer relationship management systems, email and communication providers, scheduling providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and other vendors that perform services on our behalf.

When appropriate to the service requested, information may also be shared with prospective employers, candidates, attorneys, professional advisers, government agencies, or other parties involved in an immigration, recruiting, employment, or global mobility matter. Such disclosures are made only when reasonably necessary, authorized, or otherwise permitted by law.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, or other legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of another person.

We may also transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Notwithstanding the disclosures described above, we do not sell, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all SMS-related information collected through our website, forms, communications, and services. Information shared with messaging service providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver and administer our messaging services, and those providers are not authorized to use such information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS Messaging Privacy

3A Immigration Services takes additional measures to protect information associated with text messaging.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to vendors that help us deliver text messages or operate our communications systems, but only as necessary for them to provide services on our behalf. These service providers are not authorized to use your SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you consent to receive SMS messages from 3A Immigration Services, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment information, reminders, service updates, follow-up communications, and other communications related to your relationship with us.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving our services.

Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent us from communicating with you through other appropriate channels regarding an existing matter or transaction.

WhatsApp and Direct Inquiries

When you contact us through WhatsApp or another communication channel, we may use the contact information and messages you provide to respond to your inquiry and manage the recruitment process. If you previously requested deletion of your information, a new inquiry will be treated as a new communication and will not automatically restore previously deleted recruitment records.

An incoming inquiry does not by itself provide unlimited permission for unrelated promotional campaigns or disclosure to other clients. We obtain any permissions required for subsequent messages and honor requests to stop communications. Basic recruitment information taken from a conversation follows the talent-pool rules in Section 7; identity-document attachments and restricted evidence are evaluated separately. WhatsApp and any integrated service provider also have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Email and Marketing Communications

If you choose to receive newsletters, job notifications, updates, or other marketing communications, we may use your email address or other contact information for those purposes.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or by contacting us.

You may continue to receive transactional, administrative, appointment-related, case-related, or service-related communications even after opting out of marketing communications when those communications are reasonably necessary.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the website, measure performance, and support advertising or marketing activities.

Some cookies are placed by third-party service providers that provide analytics, advertising, communications, or other technology services to us.

You may be able to restrict or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain portions of the website.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, regulatory, professional, and compliance obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, and applicable legal requirements.

This section explains how 3A Recruiting, LLC and 3A Immigration Law, LLC retain and delete personal information collected in connection with recruitment and immigration legal services. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal and professional obligations.

Candidate Profiles and Future Opportunities

For individuals who have not requested deletion or withdrawal from future recruitment, our ordinary talent-pool period is three years of inactivity. This applies to basic identification and contact details, resumes, professional experience, qualifications summaries and recruitment preferences that remain relevant to current or future opportunities, where permitted by applicable law and the notice and choices provided to the individual.

Inactivity is measured from the later of the individual’s last meaningful recruitment interaction with us or closure of the relevant recruitment process. Meaningful interaction includes a new application, a substantive inquiry, a profile update or participation in an interview. Our own bulk messages, an automated delivery receipt or an unsolicited reminder do not restart that period.

We review inactive recruitment profiles annually. Profiles that have reached three years of inactivity are deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 90 days of the annual review, unless an ongoing matter or applicable legal requirement justifies continued retention of particular information.

Identity Documents and Immigration Records

The talent-pool period does not authorize routine retention of every passport, visa, I-94, identification number or complete academic record. We request these documents only for a defined task and evaluate their continued need when that task or matter ends. Copies no longer needed are included in the next scheduled annual disposal cycle, unless an earlier applicable deadline or a specific retention requirement controls.

Records maintained by 3A Immigration Law, LLC in connection with legal representation, including immigration applications, TN support letters, Forms G-28, and related documentation, are subject to separate legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. These records may be retained longer than ordinary recruitment records, even when an individual requests deletion of their recruitment information. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and records are retained only as long as necessary under applicable legal and professional requirements.

Required Records and Preservation

Certain records may need to be retained to comply with applicable employment, immigration, contractual, professional, or other legal obligations, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where retention is necessary, we limit the information retained to what is reasonably required for the applicable purpose, restrict access to authorized personnel, and retain the information only for as long as the applicable legal obligation or legitimate preservation purpose continues.

The expiration of a minimum recordkeeping period does not automatically mean that all possible claims have expired. Conversely, preserving a limited legal file does not authorize its use as an employment blacklist or for ordinary recruitment after a valid withdrawal or deletion request. We review restricted files periodically and dispose of them when their documented retention basis has ended.

Backups and Independent Record Holders

Where a request affects isolated backups, we identify the applicable backup cycle and safeguards, prevent ordinary reuse and reapply deletion if a backup is restored. We do not describe information as permanently deleted before that is verified. Backup processing must comply with applicable deadlines and exceptions.

An employer, attorney or other independent record holder may have separate retention duties. We communicate requests to relevant recipients or give instructions to service providers where legally or contractually required, but do not promise deletion of records outside our control.

Policy Administration

Our standard retention period for ordinary recruitment profiles is three years of inactivity, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described above. We periodically review and securely delete or anonymize information that is no longer required. Certain records may be retained longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations or for other lawful purposes.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no website, communication system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use appropriate caution when transmitting sensitive information electronically.

9. International Processing and Transfers

3A Immigration Services works with individuals, businesses, professionals, contractors, and service providers in multiple countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed or accessed in a country different from the country in which you reside. Privacy and data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable measures to protect personal information transferred internationally.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you reside and the laws applicable to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent, subject to legal, contractual, professional, or record-retention requirements.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information provided below.

Individual Privacy and Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you about recruitment opportunities, using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including any applicable exceptions that permit or require us to retain certain records. Where legally required, we will provide information about any records retained and the reasons for their continued retention.

A deletion request affects the requesting individual’s information; it does not trigger deletion of other candidates’ profiles. If deletion is required or accepted, we stop the affected recruitment uses and remove the information from ordinary systems within the applicable period, subject to specific lawful exceptions. We explain any retained categories, the permitted purpose and the applicable retention period or objective criterion. Responding to a request does not require the individual to acknowledge receipt of our response.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of websites or services that we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing personal information to them.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended primarily for adults, employers, professionals, candidates, and individuals seeking information about immigration, recruiting, workforce, or global mobility services.

We do not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13 for marketing purposes.

Information concerning minors may nevertheless be processed when legitimately necessary in connection with an immigration, legal, employment, or related matter and supplied by a parent, guardian, client, or other authorized person.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

We may update this policy from time to time, and material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
